PORTUGUESE GP QUALIFYING: VIETTI SECURES THIRD ROW, L\u00d3PEZ TO START FROM FIFTH<\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/b>In the qualifying session for the Portuguese Grand Prix, Celestino Vietti and Alonso L\u00f3pez will start from the third and fifth rows of the grid, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

The day began with mixed track conditions, which led Alonso L\u00f3pez to skip the final free practice session. In qualifying, the Spaniard set his best lap on his first attempt, clocking 1\u201941.681. He was unable to improve on his second run and initially finished in twelfth place. Due to a penalty received yesterday, L\u00f3pez will start tomorrow from fifteenth position, still in the fifth row.<\/span><\/p>\n

Celestino, on the other hand, only went out in the final seconds of FP2 and was unable to complete a valid lap due to lack of time. In Q2, the Italian posted an excellent 1\u201941.555, which earned him ninth place. Later, thanks to a penalty applied to Mu\u00f1oz, Vietti moved up one position to eighth, securing a spot in the third row for tomorrow\u2019s race.<\/span><\/p>\n
