QUALIFICHE GERMAN GP: TERZA FILA PER LÓPEZ, SESTA PER VIETTI

Le qualifiche del Gran Premio di Germania si sono svolte sotto una pioggia costante, che ha messo alla prova i piloti del Folladore SpeedRS Team. In condizioni insidiose, López ha conquistato l’ottavo posto, mentre Vietti scatterà domani dalla sesta fila.

Dopo una FP2 difficile conclusa in P19 (1’33.881), Alonso ha saputo voltare pagina in qualifica. Un rapido passaggio ai box per un intervento tecnico ha migliorato il feeling con la moto sul bagnato, permettendogli di chiudere la sessione con un crono di 1’35.279, tempo che gli ha garantito una solida terza fila per la gara di domani.

Giornata più complicata per Celestino, che non è riuscito a replicare le buone sensazioni del venerdì. Dopo aver chiuso le FP2 in P21 (1’34.563), in Q2 Vietti ha faticato a trovare il giusto feeling con la pista bagnata. Con un crono di 1’39.905, il pilota numero 13 ha chiuso il sabato tedesco in diciottesima posizione. Domani scatterà dalla sesta fila della griglia di partenza.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 8° in 1’35.279

“È stata una qualifica molto impegnativa, ma sono soddisfatto del risultato. Dopo le FP2 sapevamo che c’era da lavorare, soprattutto sul feeling con la moto sul bagnato. Il team ha fatto un ottimo lavoro durante il pit-stop, riuscendo a sistemare qualcosa che mi ha permesso di guidare con più fiducia. L’ottavo posto non è male considerando le condizioni, e partire dalla terza fila ci mette in una buona posizione per la gara. Ora dobbiamo restare concentrati, perché il meteo sarà un fattore importante anche domani”.

CELESTINO VIETTI #13: 18° in 1’39.905

“Una giornata da dimenticare. Non sono stato per niente competitivo durante la qualifica. Adesso dobbiamo concentrarci per prepararci al meglio in vista della gara. Se domani sarà asciutto, so di avere un buon passo; ma se dovesse piovere ancora, sarà fondamentale fare almeno uno step in avanti per poter lottare con gli altri. Vediamo di fare un miglioramento”.

GERMAN GP QUALIFYING: THIRD ROW FOR LÓPEZ, SIXTH FOR VIETTI

Qualifying for the German Grand Prix took place under persistent rain, putting the Folladore SpeedRS Team riders to the test. In these tricky conditions, López secured eighth place, while Vietti will start from the sixth row tomorrow.

After a tough FP2, which he finished in P19 (1’33.881), Alonso bounced back in qualifying. A quick pit stop for a technical adjustment improved the feeling on the wet track, allowing him to set a lap time of 1’35.279, which earned him a solid spot on the third row for tomorrow’s race.

It was a more difficult day for Celestino, who was unable to replicate the good feeling he had on Friday. After closing FP2 in P21 (1’34.563), Vietti struggled to find the right feeling in the wet during Q2. With a best time of 1’39.905, the number 13 ended Saturday in 18th position and will start from the sixth row on the grid.

“It was a really tough qualifying session, but I’m satisfied with the result. After FP2, we knew we had some work to do, especially to improve the feeling in the wet. The team did a great job during the pit stop, managing to make a change that gave me more confidence on the bike. P8 isn’t bad given the conditions, and starting from the third row puts us in a good spot for the race. Now we have to stay focused, as the weather could be a key factor again tomorrow”.

CELESTINO VIETTI #13: 18th – 1’39.905
“It was a day to forget. I wasn’t competitive at all during qualifying. Now we need to focus on preparing as best as we can for the race. If it’s dry tomorrow, I know my pace is good; but if it rains again, we need to take at least one step forward to be able to fight with the others. We’ll try to improve”.
