Celestino Vietti conquista un brillante secondo posto al Gran Premio degli Stati Uniti, portando l’HDR SpeedRS Team e la Boscoscuro sul podio al termine di una gara intensa e ricca di colpi di scena. Un risultato meritato che consente al pilota italiano di salire al quarto posto nella classifica generale.

La gara è stata subito interrotta da una bandiera rossa, in seguito ad un incidente nelle retrovie. Alla ripartenza, con schieramento invariato e distanza ridotta a 10 giri, Vietti ha perso terreno nei primi giri, ritrovandosi in quinta posizione.

Il numero 13 ha però reagito con determinazione, costruendo giro dopo giro una rimonta efficace grazie ad un ritmo costante. Rientrato nel gruppo di testa, è stato protagonista di un serrato confronto con Agius per la vittoria, restando in corsa fino alla fine e consolidando il secondo posto sotto la bandiera a scacchi.

Gara in salita invece per Dennis Foggia, che non è riuscito a trovare il passo giusto e ha concluso in diciannovesima posizione.

L’HDR SpeedRS Team lascia gli Stati Uniti con un podio significativo e guarda ora al prossimo appuntamento a Jerez de la Frontera, dopo una pausa di tre settimane.

“È stato un gran weekend. Sicuramente non è una delle piste dove mi viene più facile essere veloce, quindi sono molto contento del lavoro svolto da tutto il team durante questi giorni. Dall’inizio dell’anno il feeling con la moto è ottimo, quindi aspettavamo solo un po’ di fortuna e di riuscire a incastrare tutto al meglio per portare a casa un buon risultato. È stata una bella gara, con una lunga battaglia con Izan e Senna. La prossima volta cercherò di gestire meglio le gomme per lottare fino all’ultimo giro. Jerez mi piace, quindi faremo un po’ di pausa e arriveremo lì più motivati che mai”.

VIETTI TAKES HDR SPEEDRS TEAM AND BOSCOSCURO TO SECOND STEP OF THE PODIUM AT THE US GP

Celestino Vietti claimed a brilliant second place at the US Grand Prix, bringing the HDR SpeedRS Team and the Boscoscuro bike to the podium after an intense and action-packed race. A well-deserved result that moves the Italian rider up to fourth place in the overall standings.

The race was immediately interrupted by a red flag following an accident in the back of the group. At the restart, with the same grid and the distance reduced to 10 laps, Vietti lost ground in the opening laps, finding himself in fifth position.

The #13 rider, however, responded with determination, making an effective comeback lap after lap thanks to a consistent pace. Returning to the leading group, he engaged in a tight battle with Agius for the win, staying in contention until the end and securing second place under the checkered flag.

It was a difficult race for Dennis Foggia, who struggled to find the right pace and finished in nineteenth position.

The HDR SpeedRS Team leaves the United States with a meaningful podium and now looks ahead to the next round in Jerez de la Frontera, after a three-week break.

“It was a great weekend. This is definitely not one of the tracks where I am fastest, so I am very happy with the work the team has done over these days. Since the beginning of the year, my feeling with the bike has been excellent, so we were just waiting for a bit of luck and to put everything together to achieve a good result. It was a nice race, with a long battle with Izan and Senna. Next time, I’ll try to manage the tires better to fight until the last lap. I like Jerez, so we’ll take a short break and arrive there more motivated than ever”.
