Il weekend del Dutch GP si chiude con un bilancio agrodolce per l’HDR SpeedRS Team. Da una parte la splendida rimonta di Luca Lunetta, che risale fino alla dodicesima posizione conquistando punti importanti; dall’altra la sfortunata caduta di Celestino Vietti, costretto al ritiro dopo appena due giri.

Allo spegnersi del semaforo, Vietti è scattato bene e si è immediatamente inserito nella top 6. La sua gara si è però interrotta al terzo giro a causa di una scivolata alla curva 10, che lo ha costretto al ritiro e a lasciare Assen senza punti.

Gara tutta in rimonta, invece, per Lunetta. Dopo una partenza complicata, che lo ha visto arretrare dalla ventiduesima alla ventiseiesima posizione, il pilota numero 32 non si è arreso e ha iniziato una risalita costante del gruppo. Con un buon ritmo e diversi sorpassi, ha recuperato posizione dopo posizione fino a tagliare il traguardo in dodicesima posizione, conquistando punti preziosi e confermando la competitività mostrata per tutto il weekend. 

Archiviato il fine settimana di Assen, l’HDR SpeedRS Team guarda ora al prossimo appuntamento del Campionato del Mondo. Il team tornerà in pista dal 10 al 12 luglio per il Gran Premio di Germania.

Partendo 22 sapevamo che sarebbe stata dura, ma eravamo certi del nostro potenziale, che era appunto alto. Dopo una partenza non delle migliori, abbiamo imposto un ritmo veloce e costante che ci ha permesso di arrivare vicini alla top 10. Questo 12º posto è ottimo per il morale e per caricarci ancora di più nel lavoro che abbiamo da fare in Germania. LUNETTA CLIMBS BACK INTO THE POINTS AT THE DUTCH GP. VIETTI OUT ON LAP THREE

The Dutch GP weekend ends with mixed feelings for the HDR SpeedRS Team. On one side, a strong comeback from Luca Lunetta, who fought his way up to 12th place to secure valuable points; on the other, the unfortunate crash of Celestino Vietti, who was forced to retire after just two laps.

At lights out, Vietti made a strong start and immediately moved into the top six. His race, however, came to an early end on lap three following a crash at Turn 10, forcing him to retire and leave Assen empty-handed.

A full comeback race instead for Lunetta. After a difficult start that saw him drop from 22nd to 26th position, the #32 rider did not give up and began a steady charge through the field. With strong pace and several clean overtakes, he recovered position after position, eventually crossing the line in 12th place, securing important points and confirming the competitiveness shown throughout the weekend.

With the Assen round now behind them, the HDR SpeedRS Team turns its focus to the next round of the World Championship. The team will be back on track from 10th to 12th July for the German Grand Prix.
